a wiki is all about collaboration, through wikib anyone can enter notes and the like or edit existing stuffs, everything is tracked and old versions are kept in page history.
or go to http://wikib.org/YourPageName if a page already exists with that title, it will take you to that page
(this is a quick way to get to any page you remember the title of)
&rarr that's it ! just type up or copy-and-paste your notes into the text box
(there are even some nifty basic bullets/bold/italic/etc tools along the top of the text box)
you *needn't worry about losing info* when someone else changes it (or worry about changing someone else's pages), all revisions are kept inthe page history and you can easily rollback to any version; essentially *it is nearly impossible for information to be lost once it's entered into wikib*, it's real nice that way.
if you see something missing or a typo in someone's notes/etc, you can easily add it, just edit the page
everything on wikib is fulltextsearchable and crossreferenced (through wikilinks), not to mention impossible to lose and superneatlooking and legible.
keep it chilly,
